About Me
I know what it’s like to live in your own personal hell — not flames and fire, but the quiet torment of self-doubt and disconnection. Spirituality changed that for me by giving me language for my pain and tools to heal it. My sessions are a judgment free zone where we can speak openly about difficult topics that may be harder to process on your own.
Through my studies in Astrology, Human Design, and Reiki, I’ve learned how energy shapes our lives and how to work with it intentionally. My approach blends awareness, accountability, and grace, helping you understand yourself deeply, release what’s holding you back, and realign with your purpose.
